7-day voluntary request window. For a change-of-mind request, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of a Keva purchase. A longer or different period may apply where required by applicable law or Paddle's Buyer Refund Policy. We will review the request fairly and will not limit non-waivable consumer rights.
1. What this policy covers
This policy applies to a one-time Keva Android application license purchased through Paddle. It does not cover charges made directly by a model provider, Android device purchases, or third-party services connected to Keva.
2. When you can request a refund
For a first purchase, contact us within 7 calendar days of the transaction and explain the reason for the request. We normally approve a full refund for a genuine change-of-mind request during this window, subject to verification of the transaction and reasonable controls against fraud or refund abuse.
If Keva is materially not as described, has a persistent technical defect that prevents the purchased function from working, or a refund is required by consumer-protection law, contact us even if the 7-day window has passed. We will assess the problem and the applicable legal rights.
A founding member price order follows the same refund rules. A refund does not restore or reserve a founding member place for a later purchase. Because every device can be trialled for 7 days at no charge before buying, we may take that into account when reviewing a change-of-mind request, without limiting any right the law gives you.
3. How to request a refund
- Use the buyer-support link in your Paddle receipt, or visit paddle.net.
- You can also email [email protected] from the purchase email address.
- Include the Paddle transaction/order reference and a short description of the issue. Never send a full card number, security code, password, API key, or identity document by email.
Paddle may ask for information needed to locate and verify the transaction. Payment refunds are normally returned to the original payment method where possible. The timing shown by Paddle or your payment provider controls when the credit appears in your account.
4. What happens after approval
After a full refund is approved, the related Keva license may be revoked and active device activations may be deactivated. You must stop using the refunded license and remove the application from devices where you no longer have a valid license.
A partial refund may be offered where appropriate. A partial refund does not automatically cancel a license unless the refund confirmation says that it does.
5. Technical problems
If you cannot install or use a purchased feature, contact us first with the Android version, Keva version, and a description of the problem. Do not include private files, model API keys, or conversation contents unless we specifically ask for a safe, redacted diagnostic. We will try to resolve a reproducible issue before deciding whether a refund is appropriate.
6. Payment disputes and abuse
Please contact Paddle or Keva before opening a chargeback when you can. If a bank or payment provider reports a payment dispute, access to the related license may be suspended while the transaction is reviewed. We may decline or recover refunds associated with fraud, duplicate claims, abuse of the payment process, or attempts to obtain continued access after a refund.
7. Legal rights
This policy does not remove any mandatory cancellation, refund, warranty, or other consumer right that applies to you. If local law gives you a stronger right, that right applies. If this page conflicts with a mandatory Paddle buyer term or applicable law, the mandatory rule controls.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the product, payment process, or law changes. The version in effect at the time of your transaction applies to that transaction unless a later change is required by law or gives you more protection.
